Our Vision

Our mission is to build a Community that embraces independent living in a safe and stimulating environment, that will enhance and enrich the lives of its Members. We believe in a strong sense of inclusion and purpose with compassion for individual growth.

A Residential Community that encourages independent living for people with intelectual and developmental disabilities. This safe, fun, friendly assisted living Community will be developed to enhance the lives of its residents and promote growth and independence. A team of experts will create Individualized programs to emphasize dignity, self-determination, self-esteem and personal development, that meet the unique needs of its Members. A licensed Intermediate Care facility for the Developmentally Disabled (by the California Department of Health).

 A gated Community setting with customized tiny houses facilitating 20 members. Each home will be designed with the needs of the individual in mind. Creating a safe and comfortable, personal space each resident can call home. 

A Licensed Activities Director will provide a variety of stimulating programs designed to encourage socialization, and mental and physical well-being within the Community. Programs and activities will also be designed for off-site experiences with transportation provided.

The Good Place Community will have accessible buses on site to help facilitate the needs of its members.

A large, sustainable, organic garden, which is tended to by its members as part of Community responsibility, encouraging horticultural awareness and promoting healthy eating habits.

   A gym with equipment specialized and modified to meet the needs of its residents. This space will also be used for fitness classes, yoga, martial arts and dance programs. An inground pool, with ramp access and equipped with a lift, designed with the needs of the Community members in mind. The swimming pool will serve to provide aqua fitness, therapeutic water sessions, swimming lessons, and a fun place to gather collectively.

A basketball/tennis court that offers a social activity that promotes a healthy active lifestyle.

A Community Park area with picnic tables that provides a gathering area for the members and thier guest.

A state of the art communal kitchen that can accommodate cooking classes and encourage community participation in a safe, user friendly environment. The kitchen will also be utilized to provide meals for its members, offering a variety of food options promoting healthy eating and considering dietary restrictions.

A unique, large, comfortable dining room setting where the residents can gather communlay. Encouraging a family style dining experience and emphasizing the social aspect of enjoying meals together.
